Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. OR Five (5) years of experience in budget/accounting/fiscal management which includes hands-on experience with: a) Planning and development of program/unit budget, processes, evaluation; b) Development of fiscal related office operations, and rules to uphold fiscal policies and operational integrity. Experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion programming initiatives. Experience with project coordination or management. Experience with large programs with several hundred participating organizations. Ability to work with multiple customer grants/budgets simultaneously. Effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences, with different cultural identities, and socioeconomic statuses. Excellent accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting skills. Demonstrated proficiency in in software such as, or similar to, the Microsoft suite and fiscal accounting software. Experience successfully participating in, building and leading effective work teams. Effective customer service skills with a variety of audiences, with different cultural identities, and socioeconomic statuses. Experience with problem solving and conflict resolution.
