Minimum/Required Qualifications Typically requires a master's degree and significant professional experience in assigned functional area(s): or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated successful managerial and leadership experience. Minimum of three years of experience in student financial support, academic program administration, or closely related experience. Demonstrated skills in budget preparation and fiscal management. Demonstrated skills using complex spreadsheets to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, comparisons, impacts and/or projections. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control procedures. Ability to analyze budgetary expenditures for compliance with approved budget. Demonstrated ability to engage in professional activities requiring a high level of detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse audiences and to engage in practices that support and promote diversity, equality and inclusion. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships within the graduate school, the campus community and external stakeholders. A demonstrated commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
