Minimum/Required Qualifications ' Bachelor's degree in a technology-, education-,or business-, or related field. ' 3 years of experience delivering training through a variety of mediums including classroom, online, etc. ' Demonstrated ability to plan and administer training and professional programs. ' Experience working with faculty or other users to assess diverse learning needs and develop curriculum and training to meet those needs. ' Demonstrated project management experience. ' Experience applying instructional design principles for online education. ' Training, educational background, or experience in reviewing online courses at the college level. ' Experience with a learning management system, such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Desire 2 Learn. ' Proficient in desktop software (i.e. MS Office suite) and other software to support online learning (i.e. Adobe suite, Captivate, Camtasia). ' Experience working in a team, solutions-oriented environment. ' Excellent interpersonal, written, electronic, and oral communication skills. ' Experience interacting with diverse groups of people, especially in a professional context. ' Demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Position Duties 25% Project Management: This person significantly contributes to shaping the overall faculty development strategy for the department. This person is responsible for directing the creation and delivery of faculty development workshops, and trainings, in hybrid, online, and face-to-face modalities. Provides leadership and project management support for the annual Ecampus faculty forum. Faculty forum is an annual one day conference dedicated to faculty development in online learning, showcasing best practices, new technologies, and highlighting innovative pedagogies. Directs the day-to-day operations of faculty development programming within the department.
