Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator I

Department: Small Package Fulfillment

Wage: Starts at base of $16.31/Hr

+$2.00/Hr On-Site Bonus Pay +$1.50/Hr Swing Shift Differential

Position Overview: The Fulfillment Coordinator I is responsible for pulling order and putting product away with accuracy and care.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Pulls orders and puts product away with accuracy and care.

  • Provides logistical support for order fulfillment.

  • Monitors shipments and orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Keeps warehouse neat and organized.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.

  • Complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

  • Possesses good communication skills both written and orally.

  • Ability to work well individually and as a member of a team.

  • Possesses a good understanding of equipment and would be considered mechanically inclined.

  • Must become forklift certified and be able to demonstrate safe forklift operation and proficiency.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in the food packaging industry, warehouse, order selecting and/or related experience preferred.

  • Forklift certified referred,

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently requires the ability to lift and stack products weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Position may require standing for long periods of time.

  • Position requires the ability to work at a fast pace in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment:

  • The primary work environment for this position is within the warehouse department. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position.

Our Whole Grain Store restaurant is closed (retail is open)

All non-essential in-person meetings are canceled
