This position requires regular, reliable attendance. 1.Acts as the first point of contact for daily problems both technical and with personnel within the department. Escalates issues to appropriate management as needed, i.e. Imaging Service Manager, VP of Clinical Operations, Human Resources. 2.This position will ensure staffing is appropriate for the workload by making schedules for the departments. 3.Maintains documentation to ensure compliance. 4.Uses metrics and analytics to manage day to day workflow, processes and quality in the Ultrasound department. a.Daily QA b.Volumes c.Staff according to our peak times d.Daily productivity by technologist e.Spot check for accuracy, and procedural processes 5.Provides productivity reports on a regular basis. 6.Understands and keeps current with all department work flow and systems. 7.Ensures that all processes are standardized and documented. 8.Information liaison between other departments and their own. 9.Support administrative decisions and company policy in a positive manner. 10.Manages time off requests and performs time punch detail monitoring; includes missed punches and overtime management. 11.Maintains regular communication with department personnel such as regular meetings as well as regular communication with Administration. 12.Participates in regular team leader meetings. 13.Must be able to lift without assistance up to 10 pounds.
