Nike Workforce Administration and Position Management Manager in Beaverton, Oregon

  • Strong analytical skills to provide fact-based solutions and drive Continuous Process Improvement

  • Overall knowledge of HR policies, operations & standard methodologies

  • Experience working in a shared and collaborative HR Shared Services environment

  • Prior experience with HR Talent Operations policies & processes

  • Ability to seek sophisticated problems - work with peers and teammates to support operations, foster collaborative problem solving & solutions

  • Ability to sweat the details - detail orientation and willingness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to support the team where needed

  • Responsible for the standardization of operational processes and collaborating with global peers to seek for consistency where possible

  • Establish and maintain relations with HR Business Partners, Compliance, Legal, Payroll and other appropriate parties, to facilitate the efficient functioning of the team

  • Strategic planning acumen with an ability to distill strategy into impactful plans and priorities

As the Workforce Administration and Position Management Manager, you will lead a team which is responsible for maintaining accurate employee and organizational data for Nike’s NA/LA employee population. Your team is also responsible for all legally required employment documentation throughout the employee’s tenure at Nike.

As the leader of this team, you’ll be responsible for crafting processes, work instructions and controls to drive accuracy and efficiency of the transactional processes. You will need strong partner leadership skills and a proactive and consultative approach to your work!

You will be an integral member of the Talent and Workforce Operations leadership team as well as the NA/LA Core Operations and Services cross functional team.
