WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business administration

  • 6 years of experience in MPO/Logistics/Supply Chain/Distribution

  • Experience with SAP AFS

  • Demonstrable experience and ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment (Knowledge of SAFe Agile preferred).

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with people on various levels inside and outside of the organization

  • Experience within retail, wholesale, operations, and the digital environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Proven excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

  • Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload

  • Problem solving/resolution and results oriented skills

  • Technical understanding of integration between systems (MFT/EDI/etc. preferred)

  • Understanding Supply Chain process flows and functionality

  • Ability to think outside of the box

As our NA Sr. Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in encouraging partnerships with both internal and external partners within Nike’s Supply Chain. You will be part of a robust team that consults, communicates, and monitors test and deployment plans to ensure all results are adhered to and risks are mitigated based on input from multiple partners within various portfolio teams.

You will support release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release and alert appropriate partners of any issues that need to be addressed.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NA Supply Chain is looking for a top-tier Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to fill a significant role in our organization. You will partner with key business stakeholders and technology to ensure that business processes are tested, validated and implemented within the enterprise system(s). You will drive quality management to ensure existing or new systems, business processes and initiates operate as intended – data quality, systems and processes.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Collaborate and maintain a detailed understanding of Nike’s Supply Chain processes and networks.

  • Proactively communicates all initiatives, improvements, and releases impacting supply chain operations to ensure business readiness.

  • Review Business Requirement Documents to identify and report potential risks to existing processes and come up with solutions to mitigate such.

  • Handle and conduct functional and full system testing of new processes and changes including integration between multiple systems across North America.

  • Diligently review and update existing documentation on SOPs for various business processes as required and build new documentation where none exists.

  • Working and delivering completed product within timelines and delivering results with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving as needed.

  • Successfully engage and collaborate with multiple projects simultaneously while multitasking tedious requests and work with time constraints.

  • As a NA Operations and Logistics PS Business representative, you will be responsible for the product and product features from concept to implementation.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

This role works with the NA Supply Chain Solutions Manager. You will work closely with members of the NA MPO, NA Distribution Centers and International Transportation Teams. Liaise with the NA and Global Technology Move teams
