WHAT YOU BRING
QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years product management experience in a technology-centric business. Strong B2B or B2C digital product management experience is required.
Consistent track record crafting innovative product ideas and concepts that meet business and product strategies based on rigorous analysis of customer needs, the current technology landscape and the competitive environment.
Solid understanding of enterprise-level platforms and technologies including content management platforms, globalization & internationalization, and workflow management.
Proven experience building internal admin platforms.
Strong understanding of machine learning for natural language processing.
Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis
Experience with working in an Agile delivery environment
Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike’s Digital Product Copy Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with business partners and engineering teams to bring new and innovative solutions to life. This selected person will play a key role in the product strategy and roadmap creation, requirements definition, functional design, and development of Nike's Digital Product Copy Management and Delivery Platform. As part of the Digital Product Team, you will focus on creating and constantly improving management tools and services that build operational efficiencies and drive revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Product copy is critical to helping a user make a purchase decision. Copy must be helpful, clear, relevant and contextual. You will lead the copywriting capability. This capability ensures quality, consistency, and timely seasonal readiness of localized, SEO-friendly product copy across Direct and Partner channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the subject matter expert in Product Copy Management and Delivery
Understand and advocate for market, consumer, and stakeholder needs to ensure we are building the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to our consumers and business
Collaborate with architects and other technology & product leaders on building scalable cloud based platforms powering the digital experience ecosystem at Nike.
Fulfill the duties of a product owner on an agile development team, including requirements definition, story writing, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap creation
Partner with business and development teams to identify objectives, determine initiative scope, and document requirements
Maintain a product scorecard to measure and report on the success of launch functionality and platforms health
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Perform Industry Analysis: Continuously supervise and share relevant technology trends, driven offerings and best-of-breed executions
