WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred

  • 10+ years professional experience in business, sustainability, or operations

  • Strong business acumen, superior quantitative and analytical problem solving skills, systems thinking

  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills to convey complex information in a simple, easily understood to diverse groups of stakeholders

  • Proven ability to interact with all levels, lead collaboration across diverse teams within large organizations and inspire confidence to motivate groups collectively to meet common objectives

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

This role will execute our work convening industry partners, including other brands, in a pre-competitive space in support of an industry-led compliance system. The role will also define Nike’s strategy for engaging with external academics in support of independent external research related to environmental sustainability and labor, health and safety in the supply chain.

In collaboration with senior leaders across Nike, including Global Sustainability, you will represent the company, and guide the strategy for engaging with other leading brands and external academics.
