Strategic Enterprise Capabilities at (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new technologies and elevate the strategies that inspire future innovations. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions spanning the enterprise from advanced product and resource planning to retail experiences of the future. As our SEC PMO Director, you will report to the SEC Senior Director of Program Planning and Operations.

You will be responsible for leading the SEC Program and Project management function, responsible for setting the practices, tools, & standards for program & project management. You will both lead a team and partner with leading consultants responsible for helping the SEC Program to plan, resource, lead and deliver this enterprise wide digitally transformative initiative. As a leader, you will set lofty goals for your team, develop comprehensive execution plans, drive alignment to our integrated plan, and deliver results that inspire others to greatness.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Bring a deep backgroundin Enterprise Portfolio, Program & Project management

  • Partner with leadingconsultants to apply and evolve an integrated delivery model which sets a foundationto accelerate future delivery phases while maintaining quality standards andempowering an engaged program team

  • Run program planning andoperational activities and ceremonies across the program lifecycle fromsolution definition through post go-live activities

  • Develop and evolve PMOpractices & standards focused on effective delivery, proactive managementof risk and overall value realization

  • Lead the development and roll-out ofPMO tools that enable our integrated delivery model

  • Ready to be leading, serving in anoversight role or hands on and transitions seamlesslybetween these

  • Lead and inspire teams throughambiguous and challenging situations in a sustainable manner

  • Build future leaders. Mentor, guideand support a team of program and operations managers, refining their skillsand approach while they continue to deliver on program objectives

  • Define and manage practices toengage a globally deployed PMO team

  • Propagate a culture ofaccountability throughout the organization

  • Develop and facilitate effective,cross-functional resource planning and change control processes to enable deliveryof the program on-time, within scope and under budget

  • Develop and employ strategies tobring alignment and true partnership against our plans between business,technology, HR and finance stakeholders within the program

  • Demonstrated ability to understandnew methodologies and persuasively move others into action

  • Demonstrated track record of beingresults orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals

  • Demonstrated ability to effectivelywork cross-functionally and partner with consultants to define direction, buildconsensus and drive results
