Job Role
Lifetime Exteriors is seeking a painter. This person will need to be highly self-motivated and able to run a crew or crews.
Some of the day-day responsibilities will include:
Reviewing projects
Ordering paint & supplies
Completing projects on time
Quality Control
Mil test for warranty
Protection & containment
Customer communication
Review budget for projects
Pressure washing
Keeping daily logs (per project & crew)
Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
Qualifications
Skilled in all areas of exterior and interior finishes
Skilled in the three coat finishing process
Able to spray texture and hand texture
Drywall patch & repair as needed
Must be good with customer communications
