What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

  • 2 years additional experience is generally accepted in lieu of a degree

  • Proficiency with Excel, including setting up spreadsheets & building complex formulas

  • Strong analytic & problem-solving skills

  • Desire to work in teams to achieve a common goal

  • Ability to prioritize & lead time wisely in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity.

  • Can do attitude

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing


  • Customization business or retail experience.

  • SAP experience.

  • Knowledge in Tableau.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Analyst. In this role you support our NIKE BY YOU business to grow. In this position you ensure that each consumer receives their product on time.

The candidate needs to be curious, have a tolerance for ambiguity and possess. You’ll bring the ability to work both collaboratively & independently, while combining that with the ability to utilize data analysis to drive decision making. A continuous improvement approach is required to be successful and as well as the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of our consumers and business.

What will you work on

If this is you, you’ll have the opportunity to help support NBY Global operations through various channels.

As an Order Fulfillment Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing, monitoring and analyzing NBY Global product launches and drops. You will prepare results and communicate findings to Manager and/or business partners in order to support fact-based decision-making to deliver a premium digital experience to our consumers.

You will utilize available reporting systems to create and share fact based analysis based on in-depth research. In this role you will also partake in process improvement work to help streamline tools.

Who will you work with

You will report to the factory operations director for Nike’s Global Sourcing & Manufacturing team. You will work directly with our factories to share relevant information and communicate needs of our consumers for timely arrival of product.

You will be communicating to senior level management across the Nike Matrix, including but not limited to our Global Sourcing & Manufacturing, Logistics, Consumer Service teams, Digital tech, and our GEO partners.
