What you bring
4+ years of relevant work experience in a highly operational and analytical role
Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data (Excel, Smartsheets, Alteryx, SAP, Tableau, ThoughtSpot DevOps, Wrike experience is a plus)
Experience in one or more of: supply chain operations, sales & operations, merchandising, performance management, and/or finance
The ability to balance multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities
Demonstrated end-to-end process and systems thinking and the ability to balance trade-offs in decision making with a fact-based case
Who we’re looking for
The launch team works on the hottest product launches from Nike. From factory departure to store arrival, we forecast product coverage, provide insight and recommendations to influence, and make key decisions to help product arrive in full and on time for the North America omnichannel marketplace.
We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations (MPO) Business Analyst to join our team to provide impactful insights and recommendations to deliver business results. You will lead change in the organization by making fact-based recommendations and while using analytics and improving processes as part of your daily activity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, curious, clear and concise with communication, and be willing to dig into and provide solution recommendations for ambiguous operational problems that don’t always have an obvious solution.
What you’ll work on
The hottest and most anticipated Nike product launches entering the North America marketplace
E2E planning and influencing of business operations
Operational improvement projects in collaboration with subject matter experts across NA and Global Operations and Logistics partners
Delivery performance tracking and communications
Creating evaluation methods and KPIs for performance management and visualization
Issue identification, root causes analysis, planning and implementing corrective actions
Becoming a Marketplace Operations Launch subject matter expert (SME)
