What You Will Be Doing

  • Interpret procedural documents and assemble optics products according to document instructions with UV cure and adhesives.

  • Adhere to ISO Standards 13485 as well as clean room and safety standards.

  • Perform product testing for quality analysis with the ability to troubleshoot and repair as needed.

  • Operate and calibrate assembly and production equipment as needed; not limited to lasers, dispensers, soldering irons, wire pull testers, function generators, or optical spectrum analyzers.

  • Work with managers and cross functional teams to accomplish department and company goals.

  • Work to become a subject matter expert for one of our product lines.

What You Need for this Position

2+ years of experience:

  • Manufacturing

  • Troubleshooting

  • ISO Standards 13485

  • PCBA Board

  • Repairing

  • Laser/optics/medical device

  • Equipment Operation

  • Product Assembly
