The EIR Partner ensures the EIRs have the right resources, training, and tools to build innovative new consumer offerings for Nike’s growth. The EIR Partner will also represent the wider NVL portfolio of consumer offerings and innovations to internal Nike partners, evangelizing the uniquely entrepreneurial, lean startup, and human centered approach and culture of NVL that delivers validated findings, new consumer offerings, and evidence that will drive Nike’s future growth. They will also support the EIRs in navigating the internal Nike network, to ensure the EIRs’ innovations shape the future of Nike’s connection to the consumer. They will support the onboarding of new EIRs, and serve on the NVL Leadership Team, guiding strategy and informing the evolution of NVL as a critical muscle of Nike’s innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
