The Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Leader will work across the global Tektronix organization to craft a diversity roadmap that drives meaningful change throughout the organization to deliver on on Tektronix’s Employee Value Proposition for all employees—For You. For Us. For Growth. You will build upon the Fortive I&D strategy to craft plans relevant to Tektronix to deliver greater diversity at all levels of our organization and an increasingly inclusive environment for our global employees. You will serve as a key strategic partner to HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to drive the company to reach measurable and sustainable I&D results.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development, management, and execution of a global inclusion and diversity roadmap that results in measurable and sustainable impact

  • Partner with Fortive’s I&D leader and I&D leaders of other operating companies to build upon each other’s success and collaborate on I&D initiatives

  • Drive the I&D strategy in close partnership with the HR Business Partner team, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Communications, and Talent Management

  • Act as an I&D subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systematic approach to shift mindsets, manager capability, systems, tools, culture and metrics

  • Partner with Employee Resource & Friends Groups (ERFGs) across Tektronix and Fortive to align work and accelerate progress toward each groups’ individual missions

  • Provide I&D specific coaching and counsel to people leaders, ERFG leaders, and executives via one-to-one and group interactions

  • Influence and partner with cross-functional working teams, including both HR and business team members, to launch on-time, effective programs

  • Partner with internal communications to build and deliver a cohesive communications strategy to accelerate progress against I&D initiatives and help elevate overall employee engagement

  • Define key performance indicators by developing U.S. and global metrics for I&D programs and processes, aligned with business and organizational objectives

  • Drive goal attainment through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support

  • Bring a results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilities

  • Actively solicit input from employees and integrate their feedback into our processes and actions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of progressive work leading inclusion, diversity or equity programs

  • Deep understanding of I&D analytics, including how to drive impact in recruitment, talent development, and inclusion

  • Demonstrated judgment working with confidential or highly sensitive subject matters

  • Collaborative decision-making and ability to forge successful partnerships across organizational boundaries

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical process solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience building an I&D strategy from the ground up

·Prior experience in HRBP or other customer-facing role
