WHAT YOU BRING
Requires Bachelorâs degree and minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experience
Experience in HR operations/shared services
Experience with key technologies; Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, PeopleSoft
Experience with HR process and system design, implementation & improvements, and the understanding of upstream/downstream impacts
Experience with different development and project methodologies including agile and waterfall development methods
Technical capability to understand systems and operations architect design
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization
Lead a team of at least 8 people
Experience working within a global organization
Ability to work independently and influence others to meet deadlines
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The HR Operations Business Analyst and Design Director is a meaningful role in our journey to build world-class HR Operations. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing processes, and see every challenge as an opportunity for improvement. Product owner mentality to lead technology & process design for HR Operations. They will use HR technologies to craft solutions. An execution focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and process standpoint. This role will lead a team of Business Analyst and will support HR Operations on a global scale.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Youâll be working with HR Operations, HR, Nike Tech, cross functional teams to develop simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs used by HR Operations. You will be crafting process using HR technologies such as; SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, UI Path, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Avatureâ¦etc. You will be part of transformation teams that are cross-functional to improve the overall experience for our Nike employees. You will understand the business problems, solution, work closely with tech teams to build it, ensure the solutions is validated through UAT, test and documentation. You'll understand the associate life cycle, HR processes and how technical or simplified processes can enable them. You will intersect between HR Operations and the Tech teams. You'll be able to translate technical concepts/processes and influences others to adopt changes as needed. This role will work closely with various HR areas to understand strategic direction and goals to align and prioritize the work. You'll be responsible for understanding and documentation of excellent end-to-end HR and HR operations business processes flows and ensuring upstream and downstream impacts within and outside of the functional area are robust, well understood and meet quality standards. You will lead a global robust team, champion open communication, and clarity, the highest level of integrity, trust & collaboration within & across the departments. You will build standards, processes and ways of working for your team.
