WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
6 years’ experience in lieu of a degree
Exposure to business strategy in diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and partner/event management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating analyses into recommendations.
Understanding of how to influence geographically dispersed teams, utilizing storytelling abilities and presentation skills.
Experience successfully influencing key business partners across and within business units
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines and within budget parameters.
Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of the company and external partners
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Travel is required - up to 40%

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Program Manager! As our Program Manager for our Partnerships, Programs & Events function within our D&I team, you will be embedded deeply in our D&I and representation strategies. We are searching for someone who is passionate about amplifying D&I initiatives with a deep understanding of program and client management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor who will guide and advise on the needs of the organization, develop relevant solutions and support the execution of key activations. Is this you?
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead the work on our go to market strategy for external partner activations related to diversity representation and retention goals. You will serve as a primary contact for external D&I partners serving Nike’s recruitment and employee development efforts. You will partner with Recruiters to understand current and future hiring needs while crafting effective solutions to infuse diverse talent into the recruiting pipeline. You will also work closely with HR and our Employee Resource Groups (NikeUNITED) to understand our own people strategy and influence external engagement opportunities to amplify employee development offerings. You will help to curate specialized events and programs that serve enterprise D&I objectives and enable business groups to progress on their goals. You will serve as the SME for external partner engagement specific to D&I initiatives. In this role you will also consistently analyze partner engagement and program success, pivoting strategy to ensure maximum return on investment. To best understand business priorities and needs and incorporate other points of view, you will build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with NikeUNITED.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is embedded in Nike's Partnerships, Programs and Events team within Diversity & Inclusion! Liaising with global cross-functional partners including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Employee Resource Groups, Communications, and Business Leaders you will drive partnership engagement and program activations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the larger Global D&I team to ensure the strategy is consistent with the broader D&I strategy.
