WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Business Partner for our Global Technology organization. As our leader, we will embed you deeply in the business. We are in need of a trusted advisor who will assess and advise on the needs of the organization, develop relevant solutions and support execution through coaching and thought partnership. We are looking for a individual who inspires others to act, embodying servant leadership, empathy, and humanity for all.

This role can be based in Beaverton, OR.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this position, you will own the execution of D&I strategies with your business partners, and support executive communications on D&I topics. You’ll develop and operationalize innovative and forward-leaning global D&I solutions that enable business groups to progress on their goals. To understand business priorities and needs and incorporate other points of view, you will build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). You’ll use evidence-based standard methodologies and problem solving skills to diagnose root causes to challenges, while using data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise strategy, as well as relevant programming. In partnership with Diversity Program Managers, you’ll build and manage training programs for employees, and develop programs which attract, retain and promote diverse talent. You’ll also collaborate with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to develop effective diversity recruiting strategies and programs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with global cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, be responsible for business relationships and set and decisively execute initiatives that help the business make progress against their D&I goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting to help build dynamic ways to develop talent communities. As the subject matter authority, you’ll analyze and present talent demographics, assess data trends and provide insights to key partners. You will be the face of the D&I team for the groups you support, cascading enterprise service offerings, and helping to track and measure effectiveness. Finally, you will partner with the larger Global D&I team to ensure the strategy for your business groups is consistent with the broader D&I strategy.
