What you bring
Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject area, or experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/or e-commerce payment fraud risk
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Solid understanding of ecommerce fraud industry standards and regulations
Strong communication and partnership skills
Must be flexible to work weekends and non-traditional shifts
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with Python, Java, R, or SAS
Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization software

A Digital Loss Prevention Analyst is a proactive individual with a balanced combination of analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You will have a passion for data and analytics to help build a top-in-class fraud solution.
What will you work on
This role will provide ownership for the mitigation of fraudulent losses on Nike.com. You will use data to make decisions to optimize the prevention of fraud and reduction of false positives. This could include responding to raised loss prevention issues, industry risk alerts, bank alerts, and consumer alerts. You will maintain industry knowledge of ecommerce trends, chargeback rules and regulations, and performance drivers to ensure the team is aligned with or exceeding industry standards. Also, you will work to build a more scalable solution within the department to improve overall efficiency and quality. As an analyst, you may assist in developing and administering department-wide standard operation procedures that support the ethics and compliance of the DLP Department. Additionally, you will work on improving or maintaining critical metrics.

You will be part of Nike Digital Direct Operations, while working collaboratively with Nike Digital Commerce, Nike Direct, and external partners; in addition, you may interact with consumers.
