Education: Bachelorâs degree in fashion design, product design, or accessory. Will also accept a masterâs degree in fashion design, product design, or accessory and footwear design. Experience: A Bachelorâs degree and three years of experience in footwear design. Will also accept a Masterâs degree and one year of experience in footwear design. Skills/Requirements: 1 year of experience: (1) fashion design; (2) textile design; (3) flyknit design; (4) color design; (5) development of products, including coordinating with external factories to ensure the accuracy of produced designs; (6) schematics and sketches using Adobe programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; (7) building inspiration decks and mood boards for seasonal concepts and to build awareness of current trends; and (8) building 3D footwear or apparel prototypes and mockup samples by hand.

Will engage in 20 percent or less domestic and international travel.
