• Deep understanding of customer service

• Adeptness in CRM

• Microsoft Office Suites experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Maintain Spreadsheets

• Email Correspondence experience

• Command of proofreading

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
