The eCommerce team powers our US and Canada sites as well as our Customer Care Center. From merchandising and marketing to product management and technology, the consumer is at the center of everything we do. And, the eCommerce team is known for the relentless improvement of the customer experience-always striving for a better, faster, easier experience.

As an Associate Web Producer, you’ll leverage the development of cross-functional processes, systems, and workflows for the North American Columbia eCommerce team. You’ll support cross-functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables on time, ensuring that scope and schedule expectations are executed. This position will help load balance work with resources, always working towards maintaining an optimum velocity while making sure all work launches on time. You’ll support and help implement business process updates and improvement efforts with cross-functional teams, helping to carry out portions of end-to-end processes that will improve efficiency. This position escalates to the Senior Producer when necessary as issues involving processes arise.


  • Assist in evolving the go-to-market strategy with the Senior Producer and Senior Director by identifying potential actions and efficiencies.

  • Work with the team to execute and maintain the most efficient and effective processes and communication methods to carry out projects.

  • Act as an advocate within the brand for overall site quality and accuracy.

  • Partner with Site Operations, Digital Marketing, and Digital Design teams to manage traffic for all site creative and marketing initiatives.

  • Intake all incoming projects and collaborates with the Senior Producer, Copywriting and Design Managers to disperse them to the design team accordingly based on availability, workload, and expertise of creative team resources.

  • Manage timelines, schedules, and project plans as needed to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Ensure creative briefs have required information and work with key stakeholders to fix any impediment.


  • Able to work under pressure, coordinate to meet tight timelines, and attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Results-oriented with a solid understanding of e-Commerce processes and business models with the ability to carry out timelines and workflow processes.

  • Able to adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines.

  • An expert in the creative workflow process, CMS (AEM), and project management software (JIRA).

  • Organizational and time management-driven, with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of production or project management experience

  • 3-5 years of consumer-based online experience, preferably retail
