What you bring?
JD degree or international equivalent
Member, in good standing, of at least one US State Bar; willingness to meet the requirements of in-house membership of the Oregon State Bar
A minimum of 6 plus years of directly relevant experience, with significant and proven transactional experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts;
Experience with sports or entertainment-specific transactions, contracts (endorsement, sponsorship, retail licensed product agreements) and related matters a plus;
You’re a dedicated team player; and
Feel an affinity to the power of sport.

We are looking for a talented attorney to join our Sports Marketing Legal Team based at our World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. What will you work on?
In this key role, you will support a variety of Sports Marketing categories and geographies. We will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating a range of endorsement, product supply, sponsorship and retail licensed product agreements. We will provide legal advice and mentorship in connection with these agreements and other sports marketing-related matters, including compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations and feel confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced and evolving environment.
